Job Details
- Desired Profile - The ideal candidates for this
position are persons with experience and background in customer care
and hands on experience in handling queries from existing and new
clients in SEO and web content domains. Good command of English
language, email etiquette and basic writing skills are necessary for
this position. Persons with marketing skills and knowledge will have an
edge over others for this position.
- Role - The Customer care executives shall be
responsible for handling queries from new and existing clients and
managing grievances. They shall also be responsible for assisting the
clients in selecting appropriate SEO and writing packages.
- Working Hours - This is a full time, six days a week position at our office in Sector 16, Faridabad.
- Remuneration - The remuneration will be
commensurate with skills and experience. We are willing to pay anywhere
from INR12k to INR20k per month depending on skills and experience of
the applicants.
