Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and result oriented, English speaking search engine marketing (SEM/PPC) professionals with an excellent understanding of the search engine marketing. The ideal candidates would be MBAs or Marketing professionals with an Google Adwords certification or similar qualification. The persons should be experts in setting up and managing Google and other online advertising campaigns. We have vacancies for professionals at entry, middle and senior levels.

Job Details

We are looking to hire Google Adwords certified experts and other search engine marketing experts who are experienced and educated in marketing concepts and can think of search engine marketing and advertising beyond setting up basic Google Adwords campaigns. SEM professionals without a marketing degree or without a solid understanding of comprehensive search engine marketing mix are encouraged not to apply. We are looking only for smart marketing brains that can help us to achieve better ROI and CTR and lower CPC and CPA for our highly demanding international clients.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization, design, set up and execution of search engine marketing (Google Adwords and other search engine ad campaigns)
Manage large online advertising budgets
Media and budget planning for online advertising campaigns across different advertising avenues and various online advertising networks including Facebook, Twitter and other social media ads
Monitor, track and report performance of online advertising campaigns
Create ad copies and suggest ad copy design ideas for online advertising campaigns
Analysis and interpretation of Google Analytics and other web analytics data
Website changes and content modification to achieve conversion optimization goals
Landing page optimization and content and website modifications for better conversion and sales
Achieve better ROI for ad spends by ensuring better CTRs, lower CPCs and lower CPAs
Client servicing and helping the sales team with providing cross selling and up-selling opportunities
Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that the online ad campaigns are in sync with the overall digital marketing strategy of the client

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

2-10 years of relevant experience
Google Adwords Certification
MBAs/Dip in Marketing from reputed institutes
Excellent command of the English language (Both spoken and written)
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to create search engine marketing and advertising, proposals and strategies
Ability to write ad copy and suggest design ideas for online ad campaigns
