• Desired Profile - The ideal candidates will be Post Graduates/Graduates with an excellent command of English language and grammar as per US usage norms. Editors should be well read, have a good grasp of American English and a basic overview of American culture. The editors should be able to spot language errors and ensure that the copy they check be 100% free from grammar, factual, stylistic or syntactical errors. A basic understanding of SEO concepts, keyword usage patterns, norms for article marketing and social media sites will be an added advantage.
• Role - The web content editors will be expected to check web content articles and other format of web content written by Indian and foreign writers and make sure that the final copy is free from all types of language errors. Since most of our clients are from the US, a good command of US English is necessary. The editors need to make sure that the work by our Indian and other ESL writers doesn't sound as foreign language to US readers. Also, the editor is responsible for ensuring that the content is as per SEO guidelines, reads well and is interesting and attention grabbing.
• Working Hours - As full time editor, you will be expected to work full time i.e. 10 AM to 6 PM six days a week at our offices.
• Remuneration: The remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience. We are willing to pay anywhere from INR 20k to INR 35k per month depending on skills and experience of the applicants.
